Lariena Toussaint-Joseph

Lariena plays a key role in supporting the SilverBirch Wealth Management team through day-to-day administration and client service. Her responsibilities include processing financial transactions such as account openings, contributions, withdrawals, and transfers, as well as assisting with money movement and ensuring accuracy across client records. Lariena is known for her reliability, strong organizational skills, and thoughtful client communication, helping keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Lariena’s career spans a variety of client-facing roles across financial services, healthcare, and community organizations. She began her professional journey at RBC Trinidad and Tobago, where she worked in customer service, operations, commercial services, and card services from 2009 to 2014. She later held client service roles with Margaret’s Toronto East Drop-In, followed by several years as a Dental Administrator at Keele Lawrence Dental. Before joining SilverBirch, Lariena worked as a Banking Advisor at National Bank of Canada, further strengthening her experience in financial services and client support.

She brings a calm, detail-oriented approach to her role, with strengths in client communication, multitasking, and maintaining accurate records. Lariena enjoys being a dependable point of contact for both clients and our team

Lariena holds a Diploma in Dental Administration from George Brown College and has completed coursework in Financial Planning, Accounting, and Human Resource Management. She is currently pursuing a Diploma in Business – Accounting.

Lariena values kindness, faith, and listening carefully to others, qualities she brings to every interaction. Lariena welcomes client questions and is committed to providing friendly, attentive support whenever assistance is needed.
