Humans talk about luck a lot in March with St. Patrick’s Day around the corner. They wear green, make wishes, and hope things fall into place. From my basket at SilverBirch, I see something different.

I believe success comes from people working hard together, not luck.

I see portfolios analyzed carefully, conversations revisited, and details reviewed more than once all to make sure nothing important is missed.
