June 2026 The Inside Scoop with Luna
As overheard from my basket beside Vanessa Benedict, Wealth Advisor & Portfolio Manager
May was “Leave a Legacy” month, and I heard those words around the office quite a bit, as Vanessa spoke with clients, community members, and colleagues about this important topic.
From my basket, legacy does not sound like something far away. It sounds like something people build quietly, one choice at a time. Humans sometimes think legacy has to be a grand gesture. A name on a wall. A big announcement. Something everyone sees. However, that is not always true.
Sometimes legacy starts with $10 or $25 a month to an organization or place close to your heart. A local shelter. A food bank. A hospital foundation. A cause that has touched your life or someone you love.
Those small monthly contributions may not feel big at first. But over time, they add up. They become part of something larger.
As June begins, maybe the meaning of May is worth carrying forward, not as a campaign or a calendar note, but as a gentle reminder that small acts can grow into something meaningful. And from where I sit, that is a very beautiful thing.
That’s what I notice.
Until next time,
