From where I sit, I see people come in with all kinds of questions and emotions. Some wonder what’s next for them, others are thinking about timing, family, or what their next chapter might look like. There are furrowed brows, soft smiles, and a few deep breaths.

I notice the sighs of relief when a conversation brings clarity, and the nods that say, “Okay, that makes sense.”

These aren’t small questions. They’re personal ones. And the answers don’t come from quick fixes; they come from honest conversations and thoughtful planning that takes the whole picture into account.
