Katherine Richards is SilverBirch’s Financial Solutions Specialist, supporting clients with their day-to-day banking needs, from accounts to mortgages and lines of credit.

Katherine brings over 15 years of experience in banking, much of it with National Bank. Her background spans operations, head office, and branch roles, giving her a well-rounded understanding of how banking decisions are made and managed.

While much of her work happens behind the scenes, Katherine plays an important role in ensuring client banking needs are handled accurately and efficiently, supporting the broader SilverBirch plan.
